The short version

BLU is presented as a utility token offering fee discounts in BluMoney's text-based Solana wallet, payments, and trading serviceC1C2C3A. On-chain data shows no mint or freeze authority, but the permanent liquidity lock has not been verifiedCL. Testing could not access the SMS workflow, leaving transfers, fee discounts, security controls, and fee-funded buybacks and burns unverified; sampled swaps alone do not establish those claimsL. The website does not reference this mint, and its legal terms remain a draft with a placeholder contact address, limiting confidence in token identification and operational readinessHJ.

The claims

9 claims lifted from their own site. 7 untested, 2 unverifiable.

C101/09product

They say

“BluMoney turns iMessage into a wallet on Solana. Pay any phone number, trade any token on Solana, and approve every move with a single YES.”

blumoney.xyz

We checked

Testing was inconclusive because the SMS workflow could not be accessed; no wallet creation or confirmed send was executed.

Rests on

To settle it Text the listed BluMoney number, verify wallet creation, then try a small supported send and inspect the resulting Solana transaction.

Skeptic: plausible A Solana wallet accessed through a messaging interface, with transfers confirmed by a reply, is technically feasible. The site describes the workflow, but the page itself does not establish that the service operates reliably or how account recovery works.

We used it: inconclusive The public pages describe wallet creation and sending USDC, SOL, and BLU to phone numbers, saved contacts, and Solana addresses after YES, but I could not reach the SMS product flow from this environment. The site presents itself as a text-based wallet product, not a Phantom-connected dapp; no wallet request appeared. I did not send funds through an unrelated transaction as a substitute.

C202/09product

They say

“Trades are routed through Jupiter for the best price and settle in seconds.”

blumoney.xyz

We checked

Sampled transactions invoke Jupiter, but no tester-initiated trade established service routing, quotes, or holder-based fees.

Rests on

To settle it Submit a small trade and compare the quote and executed route/transaction with the stated fee and Jupiter routing.

Skeptic: plausible Routing trades through Jupiter and charging a disclosed service fee is a workable design. The stated fee is a charge for use, not a profit promise.

We used it: inconclusive Jupiter routing is visible in sampled swap transactions, but those transactions were not initiated by our wallet and do not prove BluMoney's quote calculation, actual trade fee, or our own end-to-end execution. The page publishes 1.5% trading fees and holder discounts down to 0.5%; these could not be tested against live quotes.

C303/09tokenomics

They say

“Your $BLU balance sets your fees automatically.”

blumoney.xyz

We checked

No live send quotes or tests across BLU holding thresholds were possible.

Rests on

To settle it Compare transaction quotes at different BLU wallet balances, including below and above each published threshold.

Skeptic: plausible The send fee, minimum, free receiving, and BLU holding tiers are specific and internally consistent as a proposed fee schedule. Their practical value depends on the token's price and whether users have sufficient balances at confirmation.

We used it: inconclusive The public table lists 0.5% sends with a $0.05 minimum for no BLU, free sends at 100,000 BLU, and trade fee reductions at higher balances. These published terms were not verified with live quotes. Our wallet had 5 SOL and no tokens, but BluMoney could not use that wallet balance in the unavailable text flow.

C404/09tokenomics

They say

“50% buys back & burns $BLU 50% funds the team”

blumoney.xyz

We checked

Observed purchases into a vault-owned account do not establish fee allocations or burns; testing was inconclusive.

Rests on

To settle it Inspect the listed vault and team wallet transactions and verify fee proceeds, buybacks, and token burns on Solana.

Skeptic: doubtful The stated allocation of service and BLU trading fees could be implemented, but the page's allocation descriptions do not by themselves verify that fees are collected, routed, or used for buybacks and burns as stated. The amount also depends on actual paid activity.

We used it: inconclusive The site says half of service fees fund buybacks and burns, half fund the team, and BLU trading fees have separate allocations. A vault-owned token account holding BLU after a purchase is not proof of a burn. The transaction sample is insufficient to conclude that burns never occur or that the stated allocations are false.

C505/09tokenomics

They say

“Fixed supply. 1,000,000,000 tokens. Nobody can mint more.”

blumoney.xyz

We checked

Absent mint authority independently confirms further minting is disabled. Current supply is below one billion, which need not contradict an initial maximum, but permanent liquidity locking remains unverified, so the combined claim is unsettled.

Rests on

To settle it Check the token mint supply and mint authority, and verify pool/lock status and the stated pool address on-chain.

Skeptic: doubtful A fixed token supply and locked liquidity are technically possible. The site asserts both, including a permanent lock, but the description alone does not establish the relevant mint authority or that the lock cannot be withdrawn; no audit evidence is presented in the reviewed pages.

We used it: inconclusive The mint reports supply 959,945,822.073430 BLU at six decimals and has no mint or freeze authority. The below-one-billion current supply could be consistent with the site's claimed buyback burns; by itself it does not disprove a one-billion initial/fixed maximum supply. The lack of mint authority supports that further minting is disabled. The listed pool is owned by the Meteora DAMM v2 program, but the checks did not verify its liquidity-lock account, locked amount, or permanence. Thus the combined fixed-supply and permanent-lock claim remains inconclusive.

C606/09security

They say

“Double taps, retries and network hiccups can never send the same payment twice. The database won’t allow it.”

blumoney.xyz

We checked

No accessible SMS execution allowed tests of exact confirmation, expiry, caps, or duplicate prevention; the supplied usage section is truncated.

Rests on

To settle it Test confirmation, expiry, repeated-message behavior, and limit changes with a small balance; verify resulting transactions.

Skeptic: doubtful Exact confirmation, expiry, and daily limits are feasible application controls. Duplicate prevention can be designed with idempotency, but the absolute claim that retries and network problems can never cause a duplicate is stronger than the site description establishes.

We used it: inconclusive The site describes exact YES confirmation, five-minute payment expiry, duplicate-send protection, a $5,000 default daily sending cap, and a 12-hour delay to raise the limit. Because the text interaction could not be opened, I could not exercise or on-chain verify these controls. The provided browser wallet had no pending request because this product's advertised workflow is SMS rather than Phantom signing.

C707/09securitynot testable as stated

They say

“Wallets are held by Privy in hardware-isolated enclaves, locked by policy to transfers and the trades you approve.”

blumoney.xyz

We checked

The supplied evidence does not establish the private custody configuration, enclave deployment, or policy restrictions; naming Privy does not verify them.

Rests on

Skeptic: doubtful Hardware-isolated key storage and policy restrictions are technically possible, but the page provides no independent evidence that this particular wallet configuration uses those protections or how they are audited.

C808/09product

They say

“Buy any of 77 stocks, ETFs and pre-IPO names with one message: buy $20 of TSLA.”

blumoney.xyz

We checked

Advertised stock and pre-IPO token access was not independently demonstrated through an executed product transaction in the supplied evidence.

Rests on

To settle it Check product availability for an eligible region and inspect the token issuer, market, and terms before a small purchase.

Skeptic: plausible The site identifies third-party issuers and expressly discloses geographic restrictions and that pre-IPO tokens are not company shares. Availability and the legal and economic rights depend on the issuers and each user's jurisdiction, so the advertised menu is not universal access to ordinary shares.

We used it: inconclusive The page advertises stock/ETF and pre-IPO tokens from xStocks (Backed), Backpack Securities, PreStocks, and Tessera, warns of country and issuer restrictions, and says pre-IPO tokens are not shares. These public disclosures and sample listings were observed, but eligible-region availability and a small purchase were not tested.

C909/09othernot testable as stated

They say

“DRAFT · pending legal review”

blumoney.xyz

We checked

The review records visible draft wording and a placeholder, supporting the unfinished-site classification; the project's beta status and actual legal-review process are self-descriptions rather than independently verified facts.

Rests on

Skeptic: plausible The terms page explicitly labels itself a draft pending legal review, calls the service beta software, and leaves a contact email placeholder. This is a credible description of the page's status, though it also signals incomplete legal documentation.

Site review

checked Oct 6, 2026self-reported · can’t settle a claim

BluMoney presents itself as an iMessage-based Solana wallet that lets users send assets, trade tokens, and access tokenized stocks by text, with transactions confirmed by replying YES. It also describes BLU as a utility token intended to reduce service fees and says its supply and buyback-and-burn mechanics are on-chain.

  • positiveThe site provides specific fee schedules, token-related addresses, transaction pathways, and on-chain verification links rather than only generic product claims.
  • concernThe terms page explicitly says it is a draft pending legal review and includes “[contact email to be added]”; it also describes the service as beta software.
  • concernThe wallet is described as tied to a phone number with no seed phrase or backup, while the terms warn that anyone controlling the number or Messages can use the account.
  • concernThe site makes operational security and permanent-lock claims that require verification beyond the published description; no audit evidence is presented in the reviewed pages.
  • neutralThe site warns that tokenized stocks and pre-IPO products have issuer and geographic restrictions, and that pre-IPO tokens are not shares or endorsed by the companies.

Exhibit K

Skeptic

checked Oct 6, 2026

BluMoney describes a Solana wallet operated through iMessage: users fund it with crypto, approve transfers and trades by replying YES, and can buy certain third-party tokenized stocks where available. It charges transaction fees, offers BLU-based discounts, and says portions of its fees support the team and BLU buybacks; the model is possible but depends on real usage and the stated controls and fee flows being implemented as described.

Field notes

Started at BluMoney's website and checked the supplied wallet: 5 SOL and no tokens. Reviewed the start, send, trade, tokenomics, security, and stocks pages. The service's described core actions are through SMS, not a browser wallet connection. I clicked the Text BluMoney link, opened its QR/scan-to-text prompt (which says to point an iPhone camera at it), and attempted the sms: URI directly; browser navigation failed. No actual text or YES confirmation could be sent, and there was no pending Phantom wallet request. Since there was no site-provided Phantom connection or usable messaging client, I did not make an unrelated transfer to manufacture a wallet request. Separately, on-chain checks found that the BLU mint has no mint or freeze authority and reports about 959.946 million current supply; this is below one billion but could reflect burns rather than a contradiction of a one-billion initial supply. The listed pool account is owned by the DAMM v2 program, but a permanent lock was not established. The listed vault has recurring pool activity and BLU was observed in a vault-owned token account after a buy; the inspected sample did not demonstrate a burn or verify fee splits. Sample swaps invoke Jupiter, but none were initiated by our wallet, so they cannot establish BluMoney's live quote/fee behavior. After the SMS attempts I checked the wallet again: it remained at 5 SOL with no tokens. No transaction was signed by our wallet. The SMS-only product interaction being unavailable in this browser is the principal blocker, not evidence that the advertised behavior fails.

  • C1 inconclusiveThe public pages describe wallet creation and sending USDC, SOL, and BLU to phone numbers, saved contacts, and Solana addresses after YES, but I could not reach the SMS product flow from this environment.
